1. Who you’re buying from

Phase is built and sold by Lanart Rug Inc.(“Phase,” “we,” “us”), a Canadian corporation registered in Quebec, with its head office at 8255 boul Décarie, Montréal, QC, H4P 2P5, Canada.

When you reserve a Phase pillow on phasepillow.com, you are entering a pre-order contract with Lanart Rug Inc.

2. What a reservation is

A reservation locks one Phase pillow at the founder price of $500 CAD, payable as:

• $50 CAD charged today as a fully refundable deposit
• $450 CAD charged on the day we ship your pillow

The founder price is limited to the first 100 reservations. After that, Phase is expected to retail at $649 CAD.

A reservation does not transfer ownership until your pillow ships and the balance is paid. We may end the founder program early if we sell out, in which case any reservations we cannot fulfill will be refunded in full.

3. When you’ll get it

We are targeting Monday, July 13, 2026 for the first 100 reservations to ship. We will email you a tracking number the morning your pillow leaves our Montréal workshop.

Hardware schedules slip. If we cannot ship within 60 days of the target date, you may cancel and receive a full refund of every dollar paid. We will tell you, in writing, before charging the balance.

4. Cancel and refund any time before ship

You can cancel your reservation at any time before we charge the balance, for any reason, by emailing hello@phasepillow.com from the email on your reservation. The $50 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. 60-night trial

Once Phase arrives, try it for 60 nights. If it’s not for you, email us and we’ll send a return label and refund the full $500 CAD on receipt. The pillow must be in resalable condition; the pod must be in working condition with its accessories.

Quebec consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act (RLRQ c P-40.1). Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.

6. Warranty

• Pod: lifetime against manufacturing defects for the original founder
• Pillow cover: free replacement, forever
• Foam insert: 2 years

Warranty covers defects, not normal wear or damage from use outside the included instructions.

7. Pricing, currency and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For Canadian buyers, GST, HST or QST will be added at checkout based on your shipping province. For US buyers, prices are converted at your card network’s rate at the moment of charge; we are not the counterparty for that conversion.

8. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the contiguous United States from Montréal, Quebec. Shipping is included in the founder price for the first 100 reservations. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

We do not ship internationally yet. If you reserved from outside Canada or the US, we’ll email you to refund and remove your reservation.

9. Communications and consent

When you reserve, you’re asking us to email you about your reservation, shipping, and the launch. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Transactional emails (reservation confirmation, charge notices, ship notices) cannot be unsubscribed because we need them to fulfill the order.

This site complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of the district of Montréal, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
